On Caleb's birthday it was really hot and nobody wanted
to go outside. So my brilliant husband (no sarcasm) set up
a sprinkler so it would shower our trampoline, thus keeping
the happy jumpers cool and wet. Hours of fun ensued....

This is the end of our pictures from Peru and we just want to say Thank You to all of you who helped us to have the opportunity, and prayed for us, and were so financially generous even after we came back. Many folks gave anonymously and so we don't know who you are, but we are so thankful and hope that God truly blesses you for your kindness and generosity. To our friends who we know of, we cannot even express how blessed we are to know you and have you in our lives. THANK YOU!!
Parade!
Here is a little picture of the culture in South America.
I have no idea what this particular parade was about. They
have so many holidays and celebrations and most have
to do with the Catholic church. If not, then this is a darker,
more pagan celebration having something to do with their
culture before the Catholic church had any influence. This
is a good possibility, as you will notice many of the costumes
are rather scary looking and somewhat tribal.
Green pastures and quiet waters
These are the sheep that the boys got for Christmas.
This was great experience for them and as they
were memorizing Psalm 23 it helped them and us
really have alot of understanding for this passage.
